Am i over weight for my age..im 13 by the way?

Last time i weighed myself was at the doctors and i was about 113 pounds. I am pretty sure i added to that. I might weigh maybe 116. I am very strong and i play travel softball and travel field hockey, i am the main pitcher for my softball team so it is my job to stay healthy. i stay fit and i look in shape but i think i weigh too much for my age!!!!

At school my friends are about 95 pounds. and people always pick them up because their amazed how light they are. im embarrassed to confess my weight. How do i loose some pounds? Am i at a healthy weight now? Should i go on a strict diet with healthy foods to eat? Please help me im really embarrassed =/
haha i talked to my older sister about this and she said its just because i have huge 'boobs' for my age. idk if that would help with the answers but she might be right. sooooo can i hear your opinions and the additional ?'s included. Thank you !!

Don't worry about your weight right now. You are only 13. Eat right and you will grow into your weight.
