Drop Tee Ball
GOLF RULES please HELP?
Pete hits his tee shot short where it hits on top of the rock wall and rebounds back into the water. The wall is marked as part of the hazard. Pete takes a drop on the tee side of the water hazard at the point where the ball crossed the margin of the hazard. He plays his next shot after taking a one stroke penalty. is he right what are the rules
I'm pretty sure he did the right thing, but wouldn't you just take a stroke and tee it up again.
