What could this thin,watery white discharge be?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I always have thin white discharge, like milk.

Everytime my cervix gets checked the nurses say it looks like a yeast infection, because clumpy white stuff comes out in their gloves.

I've treated it with medication but the milky discharge doesn't seem to leave. Could this be an infection or could I be leaking amnitoic fluid? Thanks.
No, I have no itching or anything. No symptoms, only the white discharge and clumpy white stuff inside. My doctor hasn't done a swab, only for GBS, but not for infections.

i have had that with both of my 2 pregnancys and i think its compleatly normal mine even started to smell a bit and they tested for infection and no infection was found although i do carry strep b but thats supposed to be oderless and most women have it and they dont know thay have it untill they test sometimes in pregnancy good luck
