How would I go about opening a tumbling gym?

My friend and I are really wanting to open a gymnastics gym, but we thought we would start out small and just do a gym where is based on tumbling. Maybe throw a trampoline in there or do some other classes also. Does anyone have any ideas or maybe give me some tips on how you started yours? Thanks!
