Knee Shin Guards
Shin guard help?
I have been playing hockey for a while but I dont know the appropreate way to tape my shin guards. I just start in the middle of where the knee cap is and circle down three times. I see that the pros tape their socks differently. amd I supozed to start on the the knee cap and thenunder the knee cap and then swirl down? hlep plz
I don't use tape I use laces and I start under my knee cap from the back wrap it once around then cross the laces over the shin so there is an X and wrap once around right above my ankle and tie it in a bow on one leg and the I do the opposite on my other leg and tie the bow under my knee! This way the laces give a little stretch so I have full motion and my shin guards are still held in place. If I use tape I wrap once around under my knee go down so there is a diagonal line across my shin and then once around my ankle and that's it.
