Lacrosse Lax Defense
I am a really big kid and I have just stumbled upon the idea of playing lacrosse.?

I am 6'2 and 221 pounds. I think I might play defense and my football ciach really wants me to play bcause he coaches the lax team. I am a freshmen and I am looking for advice. I also have played many sports so I am not that unathletic. I start on both sides of the ball on the o-line and the d-line for my high schools football team. Thank you very much in advance, Gio.

bro i think your like my twin. I was in the exact same situation when i was an 8th grader. Joining lacrosse was one of the best decisions i ever made. Playing defense in lacrosse is awesome. Lacrosse got me into the best shape of my life and by my senior year in high school i had scholarships from all over. Now i'm the defensive captain of my college team and I am in my senior year. The LA Riptide have contacted my agent and next year I am going to get PAID to play lacrosse.
You have your high school years to get good at lacrosse.
