Personalized Car Decals
Car Decal Size---Please Answer!!?
Im gettin a car, just turned 16.. I posted a ? earlier asking where to buy a personalized sticker (for side car windows)
I need to know the size, like they say 8" in width, is that the correct size or should i do it bigger?
The name i will put on i 7 letters long, thanks and please answer, if you knowof a place online that i could find it at please share too :

I`m guessing you don`t have the car yet, if you can`t get a measurement.
If you know definately what kind of car you`re going to get I`d recommend checking with a local sign shop, preferably one that specializes in automotive graphics/lettering or even a tint shop.
The company I work for makes automotive decals, and our artist has a few vehicle template programs that give us scale sizes for vehicles that are accurate to 1/8", so if someone wants a custom made decal, we can be sure it will fit their car.
