Good home workout routine for 13 year old boy?

Hi, I'm a 13 year old boy, 5'5 122pounds, I play baseball in summer and run with friends, in winter I mostly stay home and stuff. I consider my self as an athletic boy, I can play alot of sports, baseball ,volelyball,basketball,soccer etc. but I consentrate on baseball more. My freind is gonna throw a pool party and I hope this routine can help me get abs and look good ;P . I have somewhat a belly and I would love to lose that and replace it with abs. I need a good workout or an xtreme one since I wanna get ripped without affecting my growth plates and stuff, I have like 1,2,3 pound weights(for my mom but i can use it) And 7 and 10 pounds. Please help me A.S.A.P.
Don't say stay in sports or what ever please, I know I'm going to stick to sports and stuff but just answer like # sit ups, #push ups etc.

When doing crunches, you want to be doing crunches from your stomach of course but what most people don't know is that you need the same force from the bottom which is your back. To increase crunch effectiveness, when doing crunches, lift up your left or right leg up to the air and do as many crunches (burn out sets). After each set, switch your legs but keep in mind, you want to keep doing crunches even while you feel that intense burn. The people who truly want cut abs keep crunching maintaining all the intense burn you feel. I usually feel the burn after 75 crunches and I continue on to 200 when my stomach feels incapable of crunching. I usually do 3 sets of 200 but really 200, 160, 120. Try resting in between each set for about 3 minutes. After that you can do a variety of different crunch exercises which you can find on Youtube.
