Question for a Street Hockey Goalie Glove?

I was wondering if the 'Reebok Youth Street Hockey Goalie Catch Glove'

would work for both pucks AND street hockey balls. If so what would be the max sizing it could catch? (ex- tennis ball, whiffleball ext)

Youth is very small in size, make sure it will fit you or the person you want to get the glove for. Remember that there are also junior and senior sizes.

I don't think the size of the pocket is VERY different from one to another, since they are made for the same purpose: street/ball hockey. I've never use that trapper in particular but I've known goalies who did. That reebok model is made with a more horizontal and a smaller pocket. I myself own a Nike Bauer Vapor Street glove, the pocket is more round shaped and bigger.

It will definitely work with street hockey balls. Pucks , probably. Concerning the quality, I can't tell you if it will last, but I've used mine with pucks sometimes and having it for a couple of months now and it didn't break so far. However, that doesn't guaranteee the potential risks of getting an injury. For example, on a slapshot. The materials are thinner than ice hockey goalie gloves. If you really want to play with pucks I'd suggest getting a sponge one or a light-weight one (like the blue puck they sell at Canadian Tire).

The max would be 2 pucks or two whiffle/street hockey balls aligned. Tennis balls are slightly smaller than street balls. You should be fine.
