rash under shin guards from soccer.?

every time i play i get a heat rash under my shinguards. ive seen sort of a compression sock thing that only covers your shin by Nike. any idea where i can get them? ive already looked at niketown.com

Hoisery/ womens accessories department at any department stores... I used to work in a Hoisery department and we sold compression socks... you don't necessarily need the nike ones...

even check the pharmacy/ chemist!!
